The short version

This site does not ask you for anything. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no comment form, and no login. We do not collect your name, email address or any other personal detail, because there is nowhere on the site to give us one.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address, the pages you view, and rough technical details like your browser and country. We use this only to decide what to write next.

You can block it with any tracker-blocking extension, or by using your browser’s private mode. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

Outbound links and embedded content

The site carries no advertising, no affiliate links and no embedded booking widgets. Nothing on a page contacts a third party except the analytics described above.

Where we link out to an operator’s own site, you leave this site at that point and their privacy policy applies. We never see your booking details, your payment information or your name.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. In practice we hold none that could identify you. If you want your analytics data removed, clearing your cookies achieves it.
